Our team of Business Solution Consultants is responsible for working with Synergy Sales to ensure prospects and customers have an understanding of the Synergy IT Service Solution Methodology, our internal processes and commitment to a successful deployment of our IT Service Management solutions. They are also responsible for working directly with the customer to accurately determine the level of effort for implementations and customizations, based on the customer's business needs.

Our team of Project Managers works with the customer to develop and maintain the Project Plan, ensures quality and timeliness of deliverables, and provides weekly status reports to the customer. Project Managers have direct access to Synergy Expert Service Engineering.

Our team of Certified Consultants is held to the highest standards, in order to ensure the successful deployment of Synergy ITSM solutions.
